We’re here to support people on your health journey, covering all aspects from physical health to mental health. Our services are designed to empower Aboriginal people with culturally appropriate and safe health care. Our team is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people and their communities.

What We Offer

Primary Health Care

We provide access to health education, fitness programs, and healthy lifestyle initiatives. We can also help with transport to health appointments and connect you with other support services.

Mental Health Services

Our Indigenous Mental Health team offers care coordination, peer support, and group therapy sessions.

Aftercare Program

This program provides support after a suicide attempt, linking individuals to health and community services.

Wellbeing Groups

We also run a range of wellbeing groups for Aboriginal people as part of our Indigenous Mental Health program, including exercise groups, craft groups and healthy ageing. To find out if there is a group currently running in your area please contact the Aboriginal Health Team on 02 6766 1394.
