Information Session (Online)
Duration: 30-45 mins | Format: Free online introduction
Our online information session provides a brief overview of Social Prescribing and an opportunity for organisations to explore whether a full workshop would be a good fit.
This session includes:
- What Social Prescribing is and why it matters
- Brief overview of the one-day workshop content
- Introduction to wider determinants of health
- Q&A to understand your service needs and interest
