The Exchange Resources

This resource is a tool to assist you to address the barriers that participants at The Exchange events have identified prevent them from pursuing leadership, professional or community opportunities.

The document makes suggestions for practical measures that you can take to address the barrier/s.

We hope that you find this beneficial, between Exchange events.

If you have friends and colleagues who have not attended The Exchange but would find the document helpful, we are happy for you to share it with them.

The resource has been developed with support from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women.
