Colouring Competition – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
Entry is open to residents of the HealthWISE footprint, unless otherwise specified. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Entry Requirements:
Entries must be the original work of the participant. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted by 19 September 2025.
Submission:
Completed entries can be submitted in-person at HealthWISE offices, or posted. Late entries will not be accepted.
Judging:
Entries will be judged based on creativity and effort by a panel of staff and community members. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes:
Prizes have been generously donated by local businesses and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. HealthWISE is not responsible for any warranty or ongoing support for donated prizes.
Use of Entries:
By entering the competition, participants grant HealthWISE the right to use submitted artwork (including the participant’s first name, age group, and town location) in promotional materials, social media, and reports, unless otherwise requested in writing.
Privacy:
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except where required for prize fulfilment.
Liability:
HealthWISE is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the competition or prize.
Changes and Cancellation:
HealthWISE reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
