The Wee Waa Care Navigation service supports people in the local community to better understand and access the healthcare services they need. Navigating the health system can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming. Our Care Navigator is here to help make the process easier by guiding you to the right services and supports for your situation.
This free service helps individuals connect with health providers, book appointments, and access other supports that can improve their health and wellbeing.
What Can We Assist You With?
Our Care Navigator can help you:
- Understand how the healthcare system works
- Find the right health or medical services for your needs, either locally or through telehealth
- Book medical and health appointments
- Complete forms for hospitals and other health services
- Connect with additional supports such as transport services, social supports, or preventative health programs
The goal is to help you access the services you need so you can take care of your health with confidence.

The Wee Waa Care Navigation service is available to people living in the following communities:
- Wee Waa and Pilliga (2388)
- Burren Junction (2386)
- Rowena (2387)
- Gwabegar (2356)

You can visit the HealthWISE Care Navigator at
Namoi Care Connect on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
