For Individuals
Older Australians
At HealthWISE, we are committed to promoting healthy ageing and improving the quality of life for older individuals in our communities. Our services and programs focus on fostering physical, mental, and social wellbeing through various initiatives tailored to the needs of older Australians.
Additionally, the “Caring About Dementia” video series provides helpful tips and guidance for carers. These videos are available below and can be accessed at any time to support your caregiving journey.
